The weekend promises to warm up these Arctic explosion tempers with some very cool events. In light of some cancellations due to positive COVID-19 cases and reorganisations to be careful during the pandemic, there is some outdoor fun on tap. Here are five things you should know.

Puddle Dock Prelude: A Warmup to Wintertide

The Portsmouth Chamber Collaborative kicks off the party with a winter celebration on Thursday, January 13 at the Labrie Family Skating Rink at the Strawbery Banke Museum. There will be live music by Green Heron, fireplaces, cozy snacks, desserts, winter drinks (or whatever you would like from the bar), ice skating, ice dancing, quiet auction in this indoor-outdoor affair. This event, which runs from 6pm to 8.30pm, is open to both chamber members and the public. Tickets cost $ 20 to $ 30 and are available at portsmouthchamber.org/events.
