Katy Perry’s non-alcoholic aperitifs

Katy Perry has launched a new line of sparkling alcohol-free aperitifs called De Soi.

The beverages use natural adaptogens such as reishi mushrooms and ashwagandha instead of alcohol. They are available in three flavors: Golden Hour with citrus and lemongrass; Mushroom dreams with strawberries and grapefruit; and Purple Lune with blackberry nectar, vanilla oak and rose petals.

“Our aperitifs are full of feel-good adaptogens for a drink that help you create, relax and unwind at night.”says the singer.

Non-alcoholic, functional bitter

The new non-alcoholic brand ‘All The Bitter’ is launched this year with a range of classic cocktail bitters for mindful drinking.

Designed by former sommelier from Napa Valley’s 3-Michelin-starred restaurant, The French Laundry, Ian and Carly Blessing have painstakingly created what they believe is the world’s best tasting – and most beneficial – bitter, non-alcoholic or otherwise.
