Disney World publishes menus for the Epcot arts party

ORLANDO, Fla. – The annual Epcot International Festival of the Arts is returning soon, and Disney World has revealed what foods will be on the menu.

For this year’s festival, which starts on January 14 and runs until February 21, there will be 15 food studios serving decorative dishes, including new additions like the Craftsman’s Courtyard.

Disney is also rolling out one Popcorn bucket with fingerprints which visitors can buy during the festival.

Here is an overview of the menus.

The Artist’s Table (The American Adventure)

Food:

  • Beef Wellington: Mushroom Duxelle, Prosciutto and puff pastry with red wine Demi-Glace and baby vegetables
  • Fried scallops with vanilla-butternut squash puree, brown butter cauliflower puree and lime foam (Color Stroll element)
